What data I collect
- Contact form — name, email, website URL, platform, monthly visitors, goal, and your message, when you submit the form.
- Booking — name, email, and the details you provide when scheduling a call via Calendly.
- Newsletter — first name and email, if you subscribe. Sent via double opt-in, so you confirm before you're added.
- Analytics — anonymised usage data (pages visited, approximate location, device type) via Google Analytics 4, only after you accept analytics cookies.
Why I collect it
To reply to your enquiry, schedule and run calls, send the newsletter you asked for, and understand how this site is used so I can improve it. Legal basis: your consent, or my legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you've sent me.
Who else sees it
I use the following processors to run this site. Each has its own privacy policy:
- Formspree — handles contact form submissions.
- Calendly — handles call scheduling.
- Brevo — handles newsletter sending (EU-hosted).
- Google Analytics 4 / Google Tag Manager — handles anonymised site analytics, loaded only after consent.
- Cloudflare — hosts this website.
I don't sell your data, and I don't share it with anyone beyond what's needed to run the tools above.
How long I keep it
Contact form and booking data: for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the duration of our engagement plus [RETENTION PERIOD]. Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you can ask to access, correct, or delete your data, or object to how it's used, at any time — email [email protected]. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
